Due to COVID-19 all clients are required to wear face mask to appointment. Absolutely no extra people are allowed during visit! If your are feeling sick please contact me to reschedule. It is extremely important that we do our part in ensuring the well-being of our clients as well as our staff. Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to seeing you soon!

Please arrive with patience, as some styles may take longer under different circumstances. Please no kids or extra people are allowed unless are receiving a service .

Booking Appointments
A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required when booking your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from your service total. Please bring cash at your appointment. I only accept cash payments. Note: Deposits are paid in advance through Square Appointments and will be charged electronically. Remaining balance is due in cash.

 

Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. Appointment remainders will be email or text before your appointment. Please be sure to confirm your appointment.

Appointments that are not confirmed will be canceled.

If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so via confirmation email. Your allowed one transfer of your deposit when rescheduling your appointment. Rescheduling appointments must be done at least 24 hours before appointment time. 

​

If your are late to your appointment please inform me so via text. All clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. I do not charge a late fee but if you are 20 minutes or more late you will have to reschedule your appointment.

 If you must cancel your appointment, please use your confirmation email. Cancelations must be done within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment in order to receive deposit back. Canceling last minute will resort to a cancellation fee of half of your remaining balance and your card will will be charged. If this is not paid you will be banned from booking again. 

No Call/No Shows will be blocked and can not book any future appointments.

If you wish to book an appointment during non-business hours there is an additional $50 fee plus style fee.

   Mondays & Sundays are my off days but are available for a extra $100 fee plus style fee.

If you like to order hair from Christian LaShanna Collection, please order hair 5-7 business days before your hair appointment.

Frontal Sew-in / QuickWeave: 2-3 Bundles & 1 Frontal

Closure Sew-in / QuickWeave: 2-3 Bundles & 1 Closure 

Natural Sew-in / QuickWeave: 2-3 Bundles

16"inch or shorter you need 2 bundles, 

18" inch or longer you need 3 bundles

 28" inch or longer you need 4 bundles. 

​

To have 4 Bundles or More installed there will be an additional charge of $10 per bundle.
